Prospective Participant Preparation
If you’re applying to be a participant of the NDIS scheme for the first time, we can assist with completing the access request form, talk you through the information required and help you prepare your submission to reflect your support needs that are evidence-based.
Planning Meeting Preparation and scheduled Reviews
Planning meetings need not be stressful if you’re well prepared, and we will assist with:
- Goal review and setting
- Interpreting any communications received from NDIA or your LAC planner
- Gathering information that may be required to provide evidence
- Pre-empt questions and issues that may come up
- Attending your planning review meeting with you to assist with NDIA or LAC negotiation
Unscheduled Review Request Support
Every decision is reviewable. There will be times when you’re not happy with a decision, and your new plan includes a review of the decision as an option.
We will discuss with you the aspects of your new plan that raise concerns and need to be considered to prepare a new request.
We will guide you through this process to request a review and help you gather the information you require to support your submission, which we can help prepare for you.
We can also attend any meeting alongside you if required.
